strategic, in-store customer experience
Objective:
“Tell the Story” in Produce. Design an in-store program inclusive of key attributes important to our customers making the produce department easier to shop. Two key elements being product information and education.
Outcome:
Created a full in-store customer experience using customer data and insights to inform the creative execution around way-finding, food education and recipe inspiration. Based on the positive test results and sales the same strategy was applied across all fresh departments (produce, meat, seafood, deli and bakery).. Presented both print and digital customer engagement.
