Redesign Simple Solution products to enable Retail Product Group to relaunch Simple Solution product line into the IPC [Independent Pet Category]; PetSmart, PetCo with a unified look and feel.
Target:
Female, 30-55, busy lifestyle balancing family and work and pets. They care about how they are perceived by friends and family. They are always striving to get to the next level in life.
Insights:
• I need to be confident it’s the right and easy solution to maintaining cleanliness, as pet parent, we are in it together for life. It happens, and I’m okay with being accidentally in love forever.
• CLEANLINESS, happy pet, happy pet parent. From the pet’s perspective: “If I look good, it’s not by accident. I [heart] “my pet parent”.
Outcome:
Updated and refreshed the full packaging line for Simple Solution making it more current and easy to shop; helping the shopper find the correct solution.
